Charles Finocchiaro

Attorney Charles Finocchiaro graduated from the Cardozo School of Law, as well as receiving a LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.  He focuses on IRS and NYS tax controversy, including the negotiation of offers in compromise and installment agreements and handling of income and sales and use tax audits, NYS Voluntary Disclosures, and penalty abatements, with a particular focus on matters involving complex corporate or partnership issues.

Charles graduated from the Cardozo School of Law, as well as receiving a LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

He began his career in commercial real estate, working primarily on 1031 like-kind exchanges and acquisition/financing of double and triple net leased properties, as well as developing experience with organizational and transactional matters involving closely held corporations and partnerships.
